We ship worldwide from Sydney, Australia.

Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 working days of the order being confirmed.

We ship all orders via Australia Post, DHL, TNT or Couriers Please depending on size and destination. Transit times will vary depending on the carrier and the final destination.

All orders are sent with a consignment tracking number which is emailed to you after your order has been dispatched. If for some reason you have not received your order within 7 days of purchase please email us so we can follow up the issue.

If you need to change any information regarding your order after it has been placed (eg. change of delivery address or adding another item) please contact us, we are able to help only if the order has not yet been dispatched. 

Shipping returns are at the customers expense unless otherwise agreed.
