Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY 
We have a no refund policy for incorrect choice of purchase or change of mind on any of our products unless damaged or faulty.  

INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEMS 
All items are packaged and shipped with care, however, in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please notify contact us at info@clothandclaystudios.com within 72 hours of receiving the item with your order number and photographic evidence of the fault (packaging and item), along with a brief description.

Cloth & Clay Studios may request further information or images for assessment. 

We pride ourselves on sourcing unique pieces made by artists around the globe. Some pieces are not 'perfect' and will have individual characteristics that are not considered a fault.

Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault. We will not refund or replace a product that you have bought and received where, in our reasonable opinion, the product has: become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear; misuse; failure to use in accordance with manufacturer's instructions; using it in an abnormal way; or failure to take reasonable care.  

SALE ITEMS 
All sale items are final sale, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is deemed incorrect or faulty.
